Hey mate don't worry. I'm in the same situation as you, doing a levels at the moment and have slackened on the physical side. I get your confidence side but like others have said man up and give them a call what the worst that can happen?
If you look at Steve Lerwell (sorry for the spelling) passing the PRMC he has a good 6 week plan for pt. I know it's not where near as much but it's a start.

I applied for and am in selection for the RAF.
Not only do they have to ask, they couldn't even find mine, which isn't uncommon. Most clinics are relatively independent and information sharing is piss-poor.

I went along and bottom field fucked me up, unless you have no old injuries and want it more than anything I wouldn't bother trying. On my PRMC only the die hards made it the others dropped like flies.
All the phys in the world won't carry you if you aren't 100% on joining
It's the mentality anon. An ex para friend told me that you really have to "have the fire in your belly". Just talk to them on the phone and they might tell you what regiment is best suited for you. Not everyone is cut out to be a marine.
