This one time it was 10 degrees outside and sleeting ferociously. I was standing on a tarmac at a tiny airfield. I boarded the airplane while it was being de-iced. We took off and flew to beautiful and warm Central America. 90 degrees in the middle of the night. The aircraft didn't bother landing. I parachuted out. The officers on the ground didn't appreciate that and fired their rifles at me.
When I landed, I started shooting the only thing I had - an M60 machine gun.

Can't remember if I saw it on here or on /x/ but a while back I read this story about this big group of people meeting up and staying in an RV or something innawoods.
I remember one big part of it was that they'd all be sitting inside the trailer and shitting their pants because there was something outside, and then a little while later they'd do a head count and realize that earlier while they were all shitting their pants there was an extra person inside with them that didn't belong.
It was a couple of primary friends who brought people they knew along, so a lot of the people didn't know each other which made that more plausible. I think they discovered a small window in the bathroom the extra person was using or something.

Not really spoopy but once I was in the woods in some freezing rain and sleet doing some hiking with my AR. I was on my way home and I stopped at the top of a small hill to catch my breath and I looked up and spooked a deer. Damn thing ran straight towards man, I raised my AR and ran the charging handle, I yelled and it veered off to the side and ran away. I noticed later on my BCG was stuck about halfway back. Confirmation bias would be my bet in the cases of the non-fictitious stories. We've read about these things, so even fairly minor spooks can be trumpted up in our minds to be skinwalkers much in the same way a hypochondriac convinced himself he totally has all the symptoms of X terrible disease after he experiences one minor and otherwise explainable symptoms. Be me, 2 years ago. Sitting on my couch in dark living room, almost sleepy time. Listening to my antique clock clicking on my mantle. All of a sudden, I hear a screetch and a pause. Then a loud crash right outside my house.
I have a little farm in the middle of PA and live by myself. Total goth house built in late 1800s next to a cemetary. I throw the closest gun I could find in my waistband which was a Colt Police Positive in 38 S&W. I also grab my trauma kit. I walk outside in my boxershorts, bare feet and a t-shirt and look down my long driveway. I saw this car sideways in the road. I started running quick.
Blood literally everywhere, on the hood and even the top of the car. Vehicle totaled, glass inside car. Guy and his wife OK, I offer first aid. They hit this MASSIVE buck that I have been watching for months on my trail cam. We were in the middle of the rutt. Fuck.
They check out OK but the deer is injured and may be somewhere. MY fucking corn fed monster buck. I run in the house, put on shoes and grab a M70AB1 loaded with 30 rounds of FMJ and a bayonet. I run out in a blind rage.
Start looking for blood trail, pick something up with a flashlight. Goes deep into back of property next to cemetery. OK. Crisp and cool as fuck, nice amount of moonlight. Dead fucking quiet, flashlight rattling against handguard on the rifle.
All of a sudden, I hear an animal move in the leaves fallen on the ground. Shine light, don't see shit. Clearing between trees and headstones. Make it to my garden. Don't see fucking shit. Blood trail goes colt. After an hour, I give up and go to sleep.
Never see the deer again. Its been 2 years, never find a carcass. Then, this fall....
My fucking trailcam picks up half a buck and I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD its the same one. WTF, X files music.
