Which ever one fits your hand better.
>>
>>28666513
The G43 is more comfortable to CC. Look at all the back edges of it. Smooth and beveled. Smith and wesson is sharper. Plus the G43 doesn't need a trigger job. You wont need more than 6+1 rounds but mag extensions are avaliable if you tend to piss off alot of people. Or you could carry a spare magazine too.
>>
>>28666513
That is a G42
>>
Shield
>>
>Shield: shitty machining, feels like Taurus quality, awful trigger
>Glock: somehow they dropped an entire round of capacity compared to their peers in an already low-capacity design, expensive too
>XDs: grip safety or would btfo of all the rest
>PPS: sex in the hand, amazing trigger, top quality construction, also expensive
>>
>>28666666

I guess you don't have a choice, OP

SHIELD CONFIRMED AS SATANIC GUN

Do you really want an evil gun OP?
>>
>>28666721
Comparatively. The Shield and XDs are like $100 cheaper than the PPS and G43. Which is like a 25% difference in price.

Comfort literally does not matter. Feeling good it one thing. But an aggressive texture on say XDs does actually help it stay in your hand. Plus if you need a comfort gun you can get aftermarket grips which are superior to what's on the gun.
>>
>>28666680
>grip safety is bad

?
>>
>>28666760
XDs owner here, I don't know how anyone can find the texturing on it uncomfortable. I even bought an aftermarket grip for it with the gun... and then never used it because it was comfy stock. Hell my gen4 Glock has a more uncomfortable texturing to it than the XDs does, by far.

Glock 43 FTW. Shield feels like a piece of trash in your hand and is ugly as sin.
Sincerely, someone shitting in the King soopers bathroom with his 43.
>>
I'd recommend the PPS, except mine has issues with the guide rod coming apart when firing.

I'd go with the shield.
>>
>>28666780
one more thing to malfunction. And the XD does a terribad job of recreating what JMB perfected. It feels like shit compared to a 1911 grip saftey
>>
>>28666782
Well it's all opinion. I sell guns at a big retailer (not walmart) and I always hear. "This shield just feels right in the hand" and "the XDs is rough i feel like it will hurt my hand to shoot" and base their decision off of that and it pisses me off to no end.

well at least it doesnt feel like a brick. Also, glockfags calling another gun ugly
>kettle

>>
>>28666780
It's not bad
>>28666806
> one more thing to go wrong.
Your just as likely to have the shields safety break.

And if you have proper grip you literally never notice it.
>>
>>28666513
The G43 is smaller than the shield and XDs
in my hands the g43 feels the best, and the XDs is a close second. The shield, just feels okay.

That said I have only shot the Shield; but I have held the other two. It did shoot very nicely, but I did not like how high it sits in my hand.

at the end of the day, get what you can shoot better and feels better in your hand. If you are IWB carrying, then the differences in sizes wont matter. If you want to pocket carry, then the G43 is your best bet.
>>
>>28666820

I think Glocks are sexy

Nothing is more sexy compared to an H&K though. I also become aroused by a Beretta but I refuse to own one.
>>
Shield is tiny bit cheaper and tiny bit more ergo'

Glock is a Glock. If you like them, get one.

Ergonomics doesn't matter, it's just a term people use to bitch about Glocks and try to say their copy is better,
>>
>>28667272
Yeah I'm considering getting a +1. Who makes a good one?

>>
>>28667340

Glock.
>>
>>28666840
>implying my shield has a safety
>>
>>28666732
The PPS is cheaper than the rest, and only getting cheaper now that the M@ is coming out.
Hell, they were going for $350 at KY Gun co all last week, and that's not even considering the .40 version that they can't even give away
>>
>>28666746
Buy a sheild apparently.
>>
I held/shot both and ended up getting the 43. It's smaller, and easier to conceal/draw/fire.

115 gr factory loads have significantly more snap than in my 19, but are totally shootable all day (minus the uncomfortable trigger).

147 gr +p loads are a riot in the 43. The recoil is "stiff". My babby hands had enough of those 147's after about 20 rounds.
>>
>>28667322
Don't confuse ergonomics with comfort.

Shield all day.
>>
>>28666513
Of the polymer single stacks, I'd rank them as follows:

>Glock 43
I like these a lot, but most people will want to get an extended magazine floorplate to bump up the capacity. Very light and very reliable guns.
>Shield 9
These are g2g. The only downside is the size and weight, which are a touch high for its class.
>Walther PPS M2
This looks really nice, is priced right, and ought to be a great carry piece. I have never actually seen one in a store, though, so I've never even handled one.
>Walther CCP
This is a weird design and has Ummarex written all over it, but MAC loves it, which really surprised me. On the other hand, he has odd taste in guns.
>Ruger LC9S Pro
It's good, but on the other hand Ruger doesn't make the highest quality firearms. Caveat emptor applies here.
>Springfield XDs 9
Stupidly wide for 9mm, and the trigger has considerable creep. I'm not crazy about it.
Kahr anything
Avoid. These guns jam.

All that said, the Sig P938 is what you should be buying.

Glock can show up late because the party is at their house. The glock 26 kicked off the modern subcompact craze.

I have a Glock 43 and it conceals easy and is super comfortable.

I really like it but you really need to practice with it because it takes more concentration to shoot as well as longer glocks.

Glock 26
