I like grey shop, and the soviet Russia.
>>
>>28045264
It only counts if you get all the new "Ratnik" gear
>>
www.soviet-power.com
>>
>>28045264

>>
>>28045264
why that guy looks so aesthetically?
>>
>>28045264
>>28045337

I ordered my shit from some slavs that run a facebook storefront.
one is 5.45 shop and the other is black market russia.

grey shop is alright as well.

seriouslytactical.com has a ZSH1-2m if you want to drop 435 on a cool ass helmet.

your pic is a gorka uniform, SPOSN smersh and a TIG helmet which will be expensive as fuck wherever you get it, even the ZSH1-2m will be cheaper.

message the guy on 5.45 shop and ask if he has specific shit available because its not all on the storefront. He probably has a bunch of gorkas, he has some korund vests and 6b45s.

Same for the black market russia guy. he has a bunch of 6b23 covers, you will need to ask for the soft and hard armor, and it will cost more. the 6b45s from 5.45 shop does have soft armor in them, all you need is the plates separately. BMR has 6b45s as well, and i think 6b43s but the 45 is newer. its cheaper at 5.45 shop.

BMR has a pile of used but still usable 6b7-1ms, which work but arent what you have in your pic

I personally ordered ratnik 6b45 vest w/o plates, 6b47 helmet and a gorka from 5.45 shop. it will take forever if you order from russia (about 2-3 weeks). The new ratnik gear is supposedly quite good.

soviet propoganda has some neat shit

soviet army stuff is the best of the USA sites(besides seriouslytactical.com, but SAS has more poorfagshit)

there are some others but they all have the same shit. The facebook russians have the newest shit.

Pic is a korund VM vest, soft armor for 160, plates available, on 5.45 shop.

Link for those who cannot find the Facebook guys?
>>
DONT GET ANYTHING BUT BARS Gorka

sso/sposn is fucking absolute shit.
>>
I just want a good Russian vest with titanium plates, what would that be and where do I get it?
>>
>>28045787
Too late for me kek. I'll verify when mine comes in.

>>28045787 why do you want titanium anon? Or do you want the early Afghanistan era vests? You can find those on the Facebook links which I shall post once I get off the shitter.
>>
>>28045787

Literally every other part of the internet that talks about Gorkas disagrees with you. SPOSN is considered to be the 'premium' Gorka.

How exactly are they shit?

I am putting together a ratnik set, buying it a few things at a time.
I have purchased all my shit from ebay so far, I would say just be cautious that you don't get replicas and read up a ton on what you buy.>>28045264
>>
>>28046292
looks good comrade, im too jewish for a k6-3, maybe ill get a ZSH1-2m, currently i ordered a 6b47. what is your kit so far?
>>
>>28046078
I think you meant me with the titanium part, I want it because it's different, and I like the idea of surviving multiple shots
>>
>>28046438
i did, apologies. Im not sure if 6b23 is titanium, but ratnik shit is kevlar and ceramic. the 6b47 is kevlar, the 6b45 is kevlar and ceramic plates, the ZSH1-2m is kevlar and plexi or polycarb for the mask.

I think the afghan vests and maybe the 6b23 is titanium. TIG and ALTYN(like the guy above me) has are titanium helmets. some police vests use titanium as well. I seriously suggest the new shit as there is a reason they use it instead of titanium now.

So far I have an altyn helmet(not really ratnik, but still authentic), the ratnik digi-flora field jacket and pants, the ratnik digi-flora waterproof pants and jacket and the one hole, green balaclva.
So far I'm pretty satisfied with all of the gear. The field uniform is extremely breathable even though it's quite thick and durable. The pockets of the uniform are deep and wide.
The rain jacket and pants are both extremely light, the jacket has no integrated pockets. It's been raining here so I have been whearing the jacket as a shell, while normally not one to whear camo in public it looks quite nice and is light and small enough to stow away easy if the conditions change.
Next I'm looking to purchase the armor carrier, but I will wait to for my christmas bonus and untill I do some more research.
>>
>>28046657
alright definately added the waterproof stuff to the list of shit to get, it looks nice. might get the 6SH112 vest/assault pack as well.

is there any ratnik warm weather stuff? ive seen a combat shirt but only in one size. how well does the field jacket do in the warm or mild?
>>
>>28046292
What parts do you have? I just bought some digital flora gorkas and a 6B45 vest off Ebay too

The field jacket is quite breathable so I would imagine that it does pretty well in warm weather. I walked by a fan with just the field uniform on and I could feel the breeze going through the fabric.

Trying to find a K6-3 or Altyn helmet now but so many are overpriced/in shit condition AND overpriced.

Also looking for a smersh rig with AK pouches (and 2 PKM pouches for when I don't have my rifle with me), the buttpack and some kind of 20-30 pack that's compatible with the harness.

Almost bought one off of 5.45 store on facebook but I like the metal visor of the k6-3 and altyn more and might eventually make a cooler looking faceplate if I find the time.

Been wanting to look into making slav shit kit. Most i have gotten when asked is get gorka n SPOSN SMERSH but both are expensive as fuck and shady sites are the only ones with stuff in stock. You got a place where i can investigate and buy kit thats a reliable source and for good coin so i dont get sheckled?
>>
>>28050532
Fair enough, I'm surprised there aren't pics of slav grafitti on their visors. Eventually I'll own both but I'll probably get the zsh because poorfagging it up. Until o even get enough money for that I'll have to tide myself over with my 6b47.

Not sure about Russian weapons, but I know that most Swedish weapons including the AK5C/D and the PSG90 have bigger trigger guards so you can shoot them with thick gloves on.

Atleast in Finnish military you have smaller gloves underneath = "princesses". Also those kind of thick gloves with no fingers are called "noukkarit" = no can do.

Some versions have separate trigger finger while still being a huge thick glove but even then it's kinda difficult to operate anything.
>>
>>28050679
Thanks
I really want to get the smersh ak rig in digi flora but I already have this rig.
>>
>>28050694
I had no trouble operating the rifle with the no can do gloves, the trigger guard is big enough so you can fire it just fine and the selector is the good old AK type so it's no problem either. Of course it isn't the same as using regular gloves but it works alright.

As edgy as it sounds, if I get the slit visor(or do they only make those for the maska helmet?) I'll probably end up stenciling the smile of "The Guy" under the slit.
I don't even like disturbed but I like the guys face.
>>
>>28050738
According to some jewlging maska visors don't fit on alytn helmets or rys-t or altyn. I want to do this with one of them, that was the best part of the movie.

There's also Frontowiec, if you live in Yurop and don't want to pay the taxes and transportation.

Good news is that it's just a steel plate with a curve. I've got the motivation and know-how to make my own slit visor.

Who in europe has bought a gorka by SSO / SPOSN somewhere? Where?

>it's just their business model is "shoot yourself in the foot".
Care to elaborate? Are they difficult to deal with?
>>
>>28051830
They have enough easy money through government contracts for gear so they simply don't care for us mere mortals. Yeah, you can order stuff directly from them, but be prepared for lazyness, shitty attitude, your order taking months to ship, some things not shippint at all cause they stopped making them for some inexplicable reason.
Lately our government wised up and changed the procurement system, now they pay for the design and then have the lowest bidder actually produce the nesessary quantities, and old time gear makers like SSO are hilariously butthurt about it.
>>
>>28051870
Hah! That's actually quite funny, though a bit tragic at the same time. Let's hope they get wiser soon!

I am looking for a /k/ watch that will last. Maybe a milsurp, maybe just loosely related to some slavshit

Had a Vostok, loved it until it stopped working after 2 years, not to mention it was oxidizing like crazy on the underside.
Wear a Seiko 5 now, got some better leather straps than the shitty nylon ones it comes with. Good watch but for some reason the day of the week is english and spanish, it just cycles past the spanish one if you have it set to english though so it's a non-issue.

No, but I like the idea that my watch will never suffer water ingress.

30m and 50m water resistance often mean sinkdiving and nothing else.

because the grass is greener effect, even though that gear is cheap as fuck, COMPARATIVELY PRICEWISE, in russia, it goes for a massive premium outside the FSU because russian shipping is fucking terrible, and takes forever to get anything.
