Pic related, muh new winter carry
>>27924646
Cz 75, I like M&Ps too.
>>27924653
I think you missed the question m8
>>27924654
round two, fight! I carry 135gr Hornandy Critical Duty.
147 grain Federal HSTs
>>27924661
that looked like a Walther there for a moment in the thumbnail.
Only thing a 9mm can defend is your virginity, get a man's gun.
>>27924682
says the noguns.
either 124gr +p HST's or 124gr +p Gold Dots
A few of the 147gr bullets seem to have inconsistent expansion on luckygunner's tests, although they penetrated very well due to that.
>>27924689
Says the virgin that carries a nine.
>>27924661
This.... I currently run the +P version in my 92fs (pic related ) and love it. Would rather have the standard pressure loading but it's hard to come by.
>>27924682
>that feel when my G20 rounds have more energy at 100 yards than your .45 does at the muzzle
>10mm masterrayce

Depends on the length of the barrel youre shooting out off
Hornady critical duty for full sized pistols and Critical defense for all the new short barrel pocket pistols
>>27924702
you haven't refuted to being no guns, as for my virginity I'll have you know I've had over 100 raids on women's bellies.

>>27924682
>get a man's gun.
AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Get a gun that hurts when you shoot it.
>>27924714
10mm is a respectable caliber used by respectable people, the same cannot be said of 9mm and the dandies that use it.
>>27924730
>you didn't dignify my memepost with a response!

That wasn't me

>>27924777
>18C
>>27924646
Underwood +p+ 147gr gold dot.
>>27924646
Barnes TAC-XPD for 115-grain. The XPB is a great bullet.
Gold Dots for 124-grain.
>>27924737
What is going on here fucking lol.

Polycase/Ruger ARX
>"I talked to the owner of PolyCase at SHOT last year and came away very impressed. He had a photo of a hog taken with the 9mm ARX at 60 yards from a carbine – there was what looked like a 6″ X as the exit."

The RIP cartridge has been known to be an exceptionally deadly round.
They're pretty much unsurvivable
Cabela's has the Walther PPS for $369 on black friday. Should I get it or the S&W Shield?

I must know how you acquired this beautiful mythical creature.

NNOOOGGUUUUNSSSSS!!!!
>>27924813
My SWAT pistol. Stays In the gear locker until callouts/warrant services cause they say it's too scary for a Detective to carry daily. Get to play with it every Wednesday and Friday though...

>semi-compact and fullsize pistols (3.8"+ barrel)
It's pretty much a 3-way tie between Federal HST, Hornady XTP, and anything loaded with the Barnes XPB. To go with a +p or not or the choice between 124gr supersonic or 147gr subsonic is personal preference, they all perform within 1-2% of each other on terminal ballistics.
>compact and subcompact pistols
Sadly, none of the fuckhuge-hollowpoint bullets like the XTP or HST feed well due to very steep feed ramps, so probably Barnes XPB 115gr or Hornady Critical Defense 115gr. Yes I know that the Critical Defense doesn't open as reliably as the other defensive rounds out there but feed reliability>expansion reliability, at least you can always poke more .355" holes in the badguy.

Those pants look comfy
>>27924859
Nice, so do you feel full auto would be useful in a shtf scenario or would you just say fuck it and keep it on semi. As for if it's fun shooting it full auto I already know the answer.
I carry Defense in my personal cc gun, and Duty in my work gun.
>>27924921
sorry for small pic
>>27924903
Not very practical. We only have a few left in service still and they've said they aren't buying more. They aren't as reliable as the other duty sized Glocks.
>>27925008
But yeah, it's still really fun to flip over and cut loose with. I'm bad about flipping the switch accidentally when drawing from the Safariland Level 3 holster. I did it on the first shot of our last qualifying and rocked about 5 rounds from the 25yd. They were not all good hits. I could have probably held em all in had I realized, but it scared the shit outta me.
>>27924850
I love my PPS, it fits really well in my hands and is surprisingly comfortable to shoot.
>>27924777
hey look a correct answer
