You also have some nice support in Lantana's heal panels (which don't stack with Chocolate Cosmos', unfortunately) and Apple/Lily's skill boosts, though also a bit lacking in multi-hit skills beyond the rainbows/Tricyrtis/Chocolate Cosmos. X-Overd event got major overhaul, now you can pick event jobs you want in addition to 3 guaranteed jobs (each will be given in separate installment, this is very long event).
This time they invented new trick to limit stuff you can get from event: each installment allows you to buy max 25 green balls for collectible event items, so 75 green balls max.
Optional event jobs are traded for these green balls, 10 for SSR, 2 for SR, 1 for R. Means you can get only 1 full SSR + 2 full SR + part of R.

How does this damage even work? Looks either totally random, or defence modififers for each characters are that different.

Also Expert SP isn't much different from regular Expert. The only difference is that there are 3 waves. But first two have only 2 monsters each. Which is even better than expert's 3 per wave.
Apocalypse' HP and damage felt almost the same.

Nope. They are more or less rehash of same stuff, with same mp cost and same damage.
Event jobs are useful because its very hard to lb normal girl jobs, you need to whale to do it. Spent 200 crystals on selection gacha (only 4 girls) and almost made no progress with Sefira.
Also, new jobs/lbs give overall hp/mp boost, so there's still small benefit in doing them even if you have other job maxed out.

There's char level shared by all jobs, and level of every individual job. Initial max level of job is much lower than what needed to unlock all skills and abilities for this job. To raise MaxLevel to MaxMaxLevel you need to "limit break", i.e. get same rarity job again. For example, SSR job starts at max level 50, and then with 6 more copies of same job it becomes max level 80.

For those with better memory than me, did FKG ever got a p2w/rank event?

Unfortunately, you cannot max out them. You need 7 SSR copies for max LB, event shop lets you get 4. Its enough to get event h-scene, but not enough to reach bonus stat ability unlock and highest-tier skill.
Previous event had maxed out jobs but it was very hard to earn enough event items.

There were only 2 events with R+ jobs, previous sakura one and current egg/bunny one. Both are clear dungeon => get event items from it as loot => exchange these items for jobs in shop. No GKs (raid bosses in XOverd) for these specific events, but there are various GKs for different, non-job events.

So these 20AP h-scenes in KamiPro are all NTR, your kamihimes are getting gangbanged by random ruffians.

I'd advise against getting fairies from the crystal shop, it's good for an early boost but they're far too expensive if you consider that you can get a gold skill flower for the price of 10 fairies.

It's also a good idea to make a point of only grinding the event map when you have enough stamina for a surprise secret garden, that gets you plenty of fairies/extra event items in time.

Well then, you can try reading this and previous thread, they are both almost entirely about kamipro.
In short:
- buggy as hell. Devs are working day and night (literally, so far every 3-5 AM there was maintenance with more stuff fixed) to fix shit, lots of owabi stuff.
- stamina (AP) balance is terrible. 50 AP max at rank 30, event map requires 30 AP for one run, you get 1 AP every 5 minutes.
- BP/AP balance is terrible. Nobody summons raid bosses because of it, and you have no way to spend your BP
- gameplay so far is engaging
- LOTS of NTR/rape by no-name ruffians scenes.
- RIP snatch. Devs promised that current event will be regularly repeated and you get to keep your event items between repeats, but getting 5 grimoires for SR/SSR final LB is still very very very hard.

Will shape up as decent game if devs manage to fix bugs/balance issues.

Most of the "show-off" previews just have a bunch of backlines with high magic resistance healers + ranged duelist on the left and a heavy armor to survive the initial onslaught of blazing inferno. Once the all-powerful pope is in melee range of the heavy, it'll be a safe zone as long as the heavy armor doesn't die in one shot and the healers heal more than the pope deals. He'll have insane regen, but disappears after a certain period of time, like the kappas on the horde mission.

The greatest insult to injury is that the demon/worms map that comes after it seems decently easy to 2*.

For the first six months or so, FKG events were balanced to estimated player strength at that point of the game, so doing this would make every Canadian proxy effortlessly destroy every event they can ever release while people who started at launch are still pulling beetle aedeagi out of their collective anuses.

Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, unless they intend to give us a two-week "break" and start with Edelweiss instead of Lavender, in which case it is time for war.

To be honest, I dislike the name translations. I'd have liked plain genus names, because that's how most flowers are called in English anyway, but here you have weird things like Orchid Wydler instead of Oncidium, Cactace instead of Cactus and an entire series of gratuitous name splits for Astragalus, Phalaenopsis, Alstroemeria, Cephalanthera etc.

I get that they wanted them to sound like names, but the other half of the girls follow their original names so it doesn't make sense anyway.

Until you get some characters at level 50 (grass/bronze/silver) or 60 (gold/rainbow), you won't need the evolution dragons. But you can beat the lowest tier maps for some free flower stones.

Real problem with 70/6 is that it takes forever to archangel (why do you guys call it pope? It clearly says 大天使長) to stop regen. Each run takes over 10 minutes to complete.

Seems like I was correct when feared difficulty buff after all that spoiling.
Wasted almost entire stock of plat armors and fairies to bump Gloria to 70 and 10/10 with Fes, and then still couldn't 3* because kept leaking shit on right flank, so had to raise Bashira to AW70 and Katie to AW65.

Btw, did you guys see skills of this event angel on banner? She works like bow rider, shooting from melee spot, and she has range of fucking 400. I'm so going to AW her immediately.

Actually, my game plan is to let the pop... big fuckin' sky messenger boss dude go after swamping him in skeletons and killing just enough angels to leave my life intact.

Buffs mean that I'd be taking even less from his hits, but 1*/2* is good enough for me, the 100/2 god map after this seems less of a hassle. I think the dominions should fall to Sabrina/Bashira on triple shot, but we'll see. Might have to raise an emergency cannoneer so that I don't have to use Metus on killing the middle angels.
