If you don't particularly mind, I would suggest looking at magazines like Grazia, CeCi, Nylon and High Cut to improve your fashion designs

Designing outfits is a huge part of the fashion industry, If you could pull outfit designs from nowhere that were unique and good you would be extremely rich.
That said, lots of designs are iterating on existing designs no matter what the medium- could be other clothing, but even architecture, nature (animals/plants etc) and product designs like furniture.
