I can't speak for the sugar content of the regular Monster energy drink (green), but I would say that it (and the sugar-free/blue version, as I had both) seems less acidic than your typical soda. I probably drink an energy drink once a week and have no other carbonated drink. I'm conscientious about such things as I wore down the enamel on my teeth a bit when I was young by drinking coca-cola like it was water.
One practice to do is to drink a glass of water after you finish whatever carbonated drink you are having (or even juice, as that is acidic as well) to help protect your enamel and prevent staining.
None of it should be a worry as long as you brush your teeth. And let's be honest, there's a whole lot of food and drinks out there with sugar, so I don't see why you should cast energy drinks out over that.

Also I doubt there's an option to top up exactly 100 points. The smallest denomination I can find is in 550 points. I'd say topping up 5k yen for 5 rings + 2 slots or 6k yen for 8 rings + 1 slot or 7k yen for 11 rings or 1 ring + 7 slots etc, would be better. If you're buying just 3k yen you're better off buying something else along with the rings and slots, like furniture fairies or damecon.
