Almost everything, really. First of all the writing is horrible, its definitely worse than some low priced nukige's writing. Hell writer didnt even bother with writing MC's inner thoughts at most of time so you dont even know how he feels about the heroines. Story is all over the place, it suddenly jump here and there. + Writer couldnt even decide the heroines' personalities. For example at some scene Suou says that its pretty normal to drink sperm from humans as a succubus, so she doesnt feel like its something obscene and would already taste it if she had any familiar boys in the school > 5 mintues later she says that she always wanted to love just one man in her life > in another scene she says that she just sees mc as a meal and doesnt care as long as she can suck her sperm, even if he dates with another girl > later she says she'll protect mc even if it costs to her life and want to spend her entire life with him etc etc. This shit repeats itself like 4-5 times in the story. The problem is; trial doesn't start like that. Its the same thing until the opening part (you save the cat and shit), then suddenly it jumps into character select, you see one short scene at there depends on the character you select, then a random h-scene with sumire for showing the quality of it > trial ends.
I'm pretty sure that their plan was deceiving the buyers, because they cutted the all nukige-ish or succubus talks on purpose which was 99% of the game, they showed the remaining 1% at the trial.
Finished Miyu's route in 働くオトナの恋愛事情. Overall a lot of fun, quick and straightforward. There was one point where I was afraid it would get slow and tedious, but it steered clear of that. Chapters were short and succinct, but still felt like they were moving the story along.
The best part of the game was easily the characters, especially the side characters. The manager, random grandmother, and even the tsundere father-in-law were all fun.
My only complaints would have to be about the protagonist. He wasn't bad himself, it's just that every other character was a lot more interesting than he was. It's not like he became a wall-flower every scene, but he just didn't shine through as much as the others. The other problem I have is more with the whole theme of changing yourself. Personally I would've preferred to see the protagonist change little by little throughout the story. The way it was set up just felt like he flipped a switch and magically became confident, then women started tripping over his dick. I don't hate the idea of him changing and having casual sex, I actually liked that change of pace, I just would've liked to see more focus on his development. The ending "drama" of Miyu's route was also pretty stupid, but they didn't blow it out of proportion so it didn't bother me too much.
Also 55 H-scenes in total, doesn't hurt either.

Machine translations fucking suck. I remember when I first started learning Japanese. I got through Tae Kim, acquired around 300~ words, gave up on anki since its a chore (still is) and I was a lazy piece of shit, and tried to learn simply through reading. Imagine getting drunk off your ass (minus the fun and tastiness), sleeping just long enough to wake up with the world's worst hangover, and then trying to navigate your way through a foggy forest with a map and a compass. That's how I would describe it.
They have it even worse, since those occasional breaks come much less often for them, said breaks don't increase in volume to any significant degree as they practice, and their understanding of what's going on is even worse than mine was.
Seriously, if you're in this group, just learn Japanese already. I won't pretend that it's not more work up front, but it's less work in the long run than the amount of work that you put in all the time suffering through machine translation for work after work after work, and it's much more enjoyable and rewarding to actually read Japanese.
