What kind of OC do you mean? I remember when nico was filled with arranges, hand-drawn parodies and all kind of cute flash videos.
Now 95% of touhou contnent on nico is stupid dance MMDs with same models and copy-pasted movements. There is no new Cirno's Perfect Math Class, no new Bad Apple.
OC is one thing, but canon fanbase is kill. Manga translations are dead for almost half a year and no one gives a flying fuck about Strange Creators.
