Just be thankful that she can't do shit to taiha'd ships in yasen with just a night scout and a star shell. In my 117 boss encounters and 105 S rank clears, at LEAST 60-70 percent of them have had at least one taiha in the yasen fleet and I haven't sunk anyone there. Use a carrier fleet. Katori/Kashima/4CV - ABKM, 2 DD (one with AACI is helpful), 2 CA (with sanshiki), 1 CLT. You clear E-4 M before yasen the majority of the time and if not then the 2 CA in the escort clean up. And because this event isn't using CVs much the bauxite usage from running the carriers isn't really that much of an impact.

Double line is nice for farming easy since it makes it easier to dispose of Hime/BWS and save buckets, but once you're in for the hard kill you'll have to go for ASW, unless your ASW-ships pack enough punch, which is unlikely.

Node H was pretty bad for me. I went back to using a non-kai Kawakaze because that was far more efficient than turning back after H.

Don't bother using Sendai as it has 3 non battle nodes but will direct you to PT boats instead. Shigure alone has a sub node and an elite DD node in exchange for those of Sendai's and you also get to avoid the PT shits.

No one used a 22" torpedo in WW2, let alone a surface torpedo that was stronger than the Long Lance. The only thing that came close was the Mark 17 torpedo the US made, but it was still 10-15 percent weaker than the Japanese.
