Ayame is a pretty good hadatai producer. They ship internationally, which is a plus. Goukaou is also decent, but from what I've heard Ayame has better quality.
Is there a particular reason why you want a white one? Ayame only sells flesh-colored hadatai, and I'm not too sure about Goukaou.

I'm working my way up to get a mask and everything. I've contacted Ayame, but I think I've been put on hold. Right now I'm in the middle of the sculpting phase of making a mask, but procrastination has gotten the better of me. It's something I don't want to skimp out on, as there are plenty of subpar masks out there. Never wore one myself, but I would imagine so. The mask has little to no ventilation, so it's humid inside it. You have to wear padding and shapewear under a hadatai, which makes up a lot of layers. There's also the costume you have to wear, which adds even more layers. The only kind of environment where it would be comfortable to wear everything would be in a heavily air conditioned room or outside in the cold.

I understand kigs usually have a handler or spotyer of some sort when they go to cons or in public, due to the limitations the mask creates. How difficult do you think it would be for a first time kig to attend a con with no handler? I really want to put a kig together for an upcoming expo, but I honestly have no one to go with me on it.
