I can't see Kinu, Imuya and Uzuki as anything but pink. Hair like Z3/Libe's definitely looks like some shade of brown to me.
The thing is, the rusty orange/brown type of hair is referred to as redhead even in real life while it's pretty far from actual red, isn't it? So that's probably why you see people calling even Noshiro a redhead.
In the actual red sense, only Kawakaze and the new Kagerou fit the category, I'd say.

I try to take into account what most artist seem to go for too. Imuya and Kinu seem to be red for them, usually in some shade of maroon or burgundy, Uzuki has quite the range though and often gets a definite pink treatment.
Although all of them seem pretty subjective cases, Imuya's figure from MF is definitely red while the Freeing one is way more pink.

They always add new stuff, the jets may or may not change the way carriers work. They need to improve the existing mechanics like making secondary guns not useless or give CLs more importance somehow. I think they handled the plane problem pretty well, I have confidence in them.
