Barely enough to finance my education out of pocket. I don't qualify for financial aid because I changed majors half way through my education and because of that I hit the credit cutoff for financial aid (1.5x times the number of credits required by your degree program). If there's one saving grace it's that electrical technicians seem to be way more in demand than actual engineers, at least where I live anyway. Plus the pay is decent. I'm also debt free.
