i speak quite a lot of languages on different levels but i think im more of an exception. people in bulgaria tend to be passionate about 1 foreign language and its usually because they studied it in high school. like half the high schools are focused on languages and by law all high schools tech exclusively 1 language in their first year (thats 8th grade in bulgaria) for 20+ hours per week.
