I would say it's a pretty shallow observation to group Japan into filthy Sinic in this context. It's evident that those "civilizations" were not simply classified by technological roots like writing system but by mindset/value stems from religion, custom, lifestyle, etc, this is why contemporary Greece isn't classified as western there despite the fact it's the origin of the Western civilization along with Rome. And, if you look into Japan and China, you'll find way more difference between them than between "orthodox" and "western". Plus, Japan is the creator of, say, Neo Asia, which helped those Sinic shitholes from eternal poverty, so it's entitled to have its own category, deal with it.
