On the Russian front, I don't think Russia would be as expansionist but may reclaim some former satelites. They would be fools not to take back Alaska.
Who knows what happens to the Middle East. Iran may turn against Russia but I don't think they'd get away with pulling anything against Russia.
West Europe is Russia's foot stool at this point.
South America is probably the most unchanged depending on how much they depend on U.S.
Africa will be the same as it has for the past ever. Maybe future Chinese colonies.
