For example, "th" in "Throw"

I thought Arabic had this sound, besides Germanic languages.
>>
>>61908697
Throw - here is Th as F - Frou.

In The - Th is like D - Di ( like in Dio)
>>
>>61908763
the only Germanic languages that have this sound are Icelandic and Faroese

>>61908776
Can you make the sound if you try though?

Like in Thigh or Third.

>>can you do this sound?
We have many many sounds in our language, that is why we don't have problems with other languages. But people from other countries have problem with our language.

I have a hard time pronouncing "sh" or "ch" desu.
If I think about it, I can speak with those sounds, but if I just speak English more casually, I'll say "tsips" instead of "chips" for example, or "cas" instead of "cash"
>>
>>61908630
yes but i won't.
it's like everyone can suck a dick but not everyone would want to.
>>
I pronounce it as a consonant "L" without sound.
as for voiced "th", I pronounce it as a strengthened "L".
>>
[th]e - kinda ok
[th]ink - took years to practice and not sound like a faggot
a[r]e - took years to practice and still sound like a faggot (I just try to imagine as if I had my mouth fully filled with rocks and then pronounce this R sound)

all the rest of sounds are quite nice and cool
>>
Let me try to say Throw:
FROU!
no, TROU!
shit, PHROU, damn it!
all right, one last time: TT-KH-PF-ROUU!
fucking engrish, I cannot to pronounce that!

Of courshe! I spheak like Bane though.

Yes I can. But I won't.
Deal with it.
>>
How those non-Anglos of you who can NOT use it pronounce words like "thin" then? Saying it with a "t" or "d" sounds retarded, as well as with a "f" like in "fire". So how do you do it?

I can make both of the TH sounds because English is the superior language. And I can roll my R's.
Knowing that there are Yurofaggots that literally can not, no matter how hard they try, pronounce them makes me laugh.

I can assure you that, without even listening to you, you cannot properly roll your R.
>>

*claps* wow :DD
>>
>>61914867
>>61914778
Why is this so hard to believe? Rolling the R is easy as fuck. Just because we don't do it in English doesnt mean an English speaker is somehow unable to do it.
>>
no, and I don't want to
>>
>>61914959
>Why is this so hard to believe?
Because you anglos call the Scottish R a roll R, when it's barely rolled and sounds gay as shit.
And I'm not even mentioning the trilled R.

Yes.

I am gifted for languages and can reproduces any sound, any accent quite convincingly.

No one cares and I'm poor and lonely though.
>>
>>61915084

because it isn't "ы" listen to his vocaroo.

your ы is our short "i" like in Blind, Wind, Kind, sind etc.

Yes, I can. I'm really good. The only accent I cannot mimic is Québécois French. It's too disconcerting.

Once again, it's not like anyone gave the slightest fuck about my skills.
>>
>>61908630

>>
>>61909418
It's okay Michel, I can't make your damned guttural 'r'.

> TFW never tried speaking a language with a proper rolled r

At least I can say this or that or think about things :^)
>>
>>61908630
I can.
We do have this sound because of localised loan words from Arabic and Persian (hundred of years ago). Since the preferable of Rumi (Roman alphabets) was introduced and standardize, the "th" was commonly written as "s".

>>61915128
Can you mimic my MY language sounds?
>>
>>61915446
Most Anglos can't make simple vowels either.

Anglo master race
>>
>>61915647
>Can you mimic my MY language sounds?

What sounds are difficult? Any example?
>>
>>61915640
i can say that too, though. Spanish has the TH sound, we even have both TH sounds, we just don't recognize them as separate.
Look at "dado" in Spanish, it's "Dadho".
>>
>>61915665
That was actually one of the first things I corrected when learning French
I get the vowels, in Englishland we move our lips while pronouncing vowels much more drastically than French fucks

I still can't make the fucking R, it sounds forced like I'm choking or something
>>
>>61915721
That's good at least. But hey, we don't speak a language that requires anything beyond our simple r, it's difficult anon
>>
>>61915145
>your ы is our short "i" like in Blind, Wind, Kind, sind etc.
To me, it sounds like our и and barely differs from the ih sound as in "Sie".
>>
>>61916063
What the hell sound like our long "i" there?
http://vocaroo.com/i/s1npAsjhpJlg

This is a clear "ö"
>>

Nothing, of course. Because ы is very different from и.
