What you do is warm up the milk and put sliced in half onions in the milk. You let this simmer for a while and really mix. Then you take the onions out and add the mixture of milk and onion juice to a vegetable broth. It is very nice to eat. You can also add eggs to it and thicken it up, then you cook it on a frying pan with oil and turn it into a thicker mixture. I highly recommend it. You can also do it with other vegetables, for example cabbage, sliced turnip or sliced potato. You can also leave the onion in, although you should take them out and slice them first rather than doing the half onions.
