I think other NATO countries are pretty similar regarding americanization. It's mostly entertainment industry that's dominated by Murica.
Because most other higher-developed nations were pretty fucked after WWII, so America took the initiative to further strenghten it's own position.

Quite Americanized, I'd say. Not nearly to the point where we aren't Norwegians anymore, but the average citizen can quote a fair amount of movies and have eaten some of burgers in their day.
