Went somewhere else, the company I worked for were being complete cunts 2bh. They didn't consider me good enough to be promoted 1 rank above my station.
The job I applied for at the place I work now is 2 ranks above, and at the end of the interview I was offered a different job 3 ranks above. I was only interviewing to be a manager within operations and they gave me the head of operations job. Either I was extremely lucky or the last company I worked for were complete wankers.
I'm going to say the second one seeing as I was frequently bought up in my last job for "personality issues", but the boss of my new job fucking loves me.
