Different schedules in Countries

>Shower, brush teeth, light breakfest + coffee, take multivitamin/fishoil/creatine, shave(if necessary)

>Go to gym
>shower afterwards

>Go back home to drop off gym shit
>Pack things depending on what I have to do today
8:00am
>Eat post-workout meal
8:15am
>Drive to work/library (as applicable)
8:30am
>Get to work
>If I am at library working on personal projects I tend to finish around 2-3pm but sometimes I'll stay all day
>I am at regular work I tend to get out about 4-6pm

>Do whatever
After that i usually just wing it and finish my to-do list(if things left over), read, hang out with friends/gf, relax, whatever.
On Sundays I don't do anything and I relax the whole day.
What about you /int/? What is common in your country? I used to wake up later and work later but recently I've found it's a lot easier to have motivation and get quality work done the earlier you wake up.
