Just get some eggs in a bowl, put some milk in there, and beat it until it's a fairly uniform color, then you put it in a pan, and just cook it. The trick is to let it cook for a moment, then kind of push the cooked eggs on the bottom to the side, flipping it occasionally, then repeat until it's all solid. Throw some salt and pepper on it too.
Put hot sauce on it if you have it. I like Cholula. Some people like some cheese on it. Any cheese will do, though I'll be honest, I think American cheese goes great on eggs (not kraft singles, but like deli american cheese).
