Chechen language one of the most difficult languages to learn. It has very complicated grammar and pronunciation. When I speak Chechen more than 1 hour I get throat pain because of all those guttural sounds. It has only about 1 million speakers. Shit language obviously, but more than that Russian oppressors are trying to do everything they can that our language became extinct. They force us to use their absolutly unsuitable cyrillic alphabet. Using cyrillic for Chechen is the same as using Kanji for English.

Forgot to mention, on the Tolkien argument.

Quenya was based on Finnish, Tolkien's favorite language. He compared it to a wine cellar of wonderful sounds :-DDDDD

Sindarin was based grammatically on Celtic languages at large, especially the initial consonant mutations. Spelling is Welshish, but that's probably because Welsh was more geographically available than Irish during his time.

Dwarven is supposed to be vaguely Semitic given the race is the Jews.

Black speech is supposed to be the ugliest sounds he could think of tossed together, although he refused to develop it very much.

Something similar in Estonian, although there are only 2:

I go - lähen
I went - läksin
(are going, people are going, somewhat hard to explain, in essence it's a 4th person, or passive) - minnakse
go! (as an order) - mine
he should go! (as an order) - mingu
it is said that he goes - ta minevat
the one that is going - minev

Swedish developed from Low Saxon, Nederdeutsch, or something like that, that was used as a trade language around the Baltic Sea by the Hanseatic League.

It's a common phenomenon that when a language is adopted by foreigners, it becomes simpler. Same thing happened with English and the Romance languages in Europe.

Sure you have the same thing in India.

Dans cette grande plaine où l'autan froid se joue,
Où par les longues nuits la girouette s'enroue,
Mon âme mieux qu'au temps du tiède renouveau
Ouvrira largement ses ailes de corbeau.

Rien n'est plus doux au coeur plein de choses funèbres,
Et sur qui dès longtemps descendent les frimas,
Ô blafardes saisons, reines de nos climats,

Que l'aspect permanent de vos pâles ténèbres,

Swedish came from Old East Norse, you dumbfuck. It has elements of Old High German, which was the trade language during that era.

Not all languages of India have undergone "simplification" as you termed it. It's a shift from being synthetic to isolating (and languages keep going back to synthetic afterwards).

"The boy's book"

This phrase is vague. However speakers of inferior """""""languages""""""" do not notice this.

The sentence listed above can be said in multiple ways in Ithkuil

ultánļ öqâlepʰ (The one he possesses but does not necessarily own; For example, he got from the library)

ultánļ öqîlepʰ (The book is the property of the boy)

ultánļ öqêlepʰ (The book is inherent to a boy as a hand is to him)

ultánļ öqôlepʰ (The boy feels the impacts of said book)

ultánļ öqëilepʰ (The boy authored the book)

ultánļ öqöilepʰ (The book that has a special subjective context relevant to the boy. This is seen in phrases found in romantic fiction such as "our song")

Oh but that is not all! Take another """"unambiguous"'"" sentence

"We became fools"

This can be expressed in EVEN MORE variations

Akšoal se (Me + you)

Akšoal še (Me + y'all)

Akšoal ţe (Me + He/She)

Akšoal ne (Me + Them)

Akšoal he (Me + You + He/She)

Akšoal ze (Me + You + Them)

Akšoal ļe (Me + Y'all + He/She)

Akšoal že (Me + Y'all + Them)

Akšoal le (Everyone)

That is just all the forms corresponding to "we" in FALLING TONE

Do you want me to go on, bitch? Ok, take this sentence.

"The cats"

There are DOZENS of ways to express this one concept

I am not going to even bother explaining you this one. Just WATCH

>The only Latin letters that have no equivalents in Cyrillic are x, q and w. How can they be useful in the Uralic languages?
Latin scripts are easy to add diactrics so it is easy to create new graphemes for the phonemes unique to the language. On the other hand in Cyrillic you need to create totally new letters or diagraphs and the inventions that are in use are very unaesthetic and lack readabilty.
Pic related proves my point. Look at these cancer inducing alphabet.

That isn't even my original point. Russian language uses я, ю and e so USSR implemented these to the orthographies of the minorities languages which is retarded because they have to use й for other vowels (like jä jö jy). What's more, they use э for actual /e/ and that letter is always disgusting no matter how often I look at it.

Now I think if Serbia ruled the USSR instead of you it'd be a lot better because their script is much more phonetic.

This is a Finnish text in hypothetical Cyrillic script.

This is the original Finnish script.
Kaikki ihmiset syntyvät vapaina ja tasavertaisina arvoltaan ja oikeuksiltaan. Heille on annettu järki ja omatunto, ja heidän on toimittava toisiaan kohtaan veljeyden hengessä.

Which looks obviously more pragmatic?
