I think she might just need to quit popping pills and start spending time outside. She's a ghostly pale color, muh heritage in this family is ~60% German, 25% Irish/Scottish, and the rest is Alsatian so we're naturally very fair skinned but she takes it to a whole new level because she tries to never leave her room.
She's on granny levels of meds. Currently I think she's on thyroid hormones, stimulants for ADHD, and anti-depressants for anxiety.
On a related note to muh heritage, she got mad at me for taking German in high school because of some white guilt sort of thing. Pretty much. We have a family history of depression and anxiety, but stimulants only make those things worse. I was a bit like her in high school but I became much more normal after quitting Ritalin. The thyroid issues probably cause the moodiness and ADHD symptoms anyways.
