>>61296341
Thick soup, anon.
>>61294416
das just distasteful though.
>>61294416
this is żurek, sour rye soup with smoked dry sausage and boiled eggs
>>61294466
this is fasolowa, white bean soup with rye bread and bacon/smoked dry sausage
>>61296497
>sour rye soup
[disgust intensifies]
chicken soup tbqh family
>>61296574
my girlfriends polish parents make this soup and its one of the best soups Ive ever had.
fuck you
>>61296582
apparently this and sprite are some kind of medicine
redneck hicks here eat chicken soup and drink sprite whenever theyre sick and those fucks survive being full on meth addicts
how did the Polish become soup masters?
>>61297046
chicken soup is great for hangovers and cold
>>61296582
>>61294529
nice rosół you have there
>>61297212
sucks there arent filipino restaurants where I live. We have thai, chinese, japanese, korean, almost everything but filipino.
tripe soup is the best soup
>>61296466
Shit's delicious you wannabe kraut
>>61297142
>Polish borsch
mah nigga
Ukrainian and Russian borsches can't even compete, they put cream and all different shit in it, disgusting
but man, you should try solanka, it's so good it almost makes me forget about Katyń and Wołyń for a moment
>>61296063
>coriander leaves
>chilli peppers
man, it's gonna be good
I love your cuisine, Pajeet, you're doing god's work
>>61297468
Ive learned to like alot of your food, my girlfriend is Polish. dont know what solanka is, but about a month ago I tried golumpki(not sure on spelling) and that was great
also like that jelly meat thing
>>61297405
Is this a sweet thing, a salty one or what?
>>61297579
indian food is great if the cook washed his hands in the past 6 months
>>61297620
>meat jelly thing
aspic
and if your gf's Polish she probably doesn't know solanka (she'll think you mean saline, that's what the name means in Polish) or solyanka as it is sometimes spelled in English
it's not very popular in Poland outside of some regions, it's a Russian thing but it's good, really really good
>>61297855
the one thing that really sketched me out at first were blueberry pierogi because the whole concept seems insane. but turns out they were good.
what other food should I try?
>>61298021
golonka if you like fatty food
Germans call it Eisbein or Schweinshaxe (they're all not exactly the same but the differences are minor, it's basically the same dish)
pork roast with dried plums or with cranberry jam or both
duck with apple stuffing
potato pancakes with sour cream and sugar
rice boiled in milk with sugar and fruits
>>61298306
had the potato pancakes and sour cream, fantastic.
that duck sounds good. I actually go fuck hunting sometimes I dont want to seem autistic and bring my gfs parents dead duxks but I feel like they would cook that shit. Pretty much only americans are weirded out by food that isnt from a grocery store.
Beef soup is the best.
>>61297405
Golaž isn't soup.
>>61298443
well, if you pluck the duck and remove it's head it's as if it was from the grocery store
but don't throw away it's insides, lungs, kidneys, heart and liver are used in the stuffing
ah, and you should try chicken/beef hearts and livers
it's kinda oldschool and girls don't like it but in Poland it's men's food and it's GOAT
>>61298911
Oh Ive had the chicken livers, those are really good
>>61294416
nettle soup
>>61294416
>>61294466
fuck
I haven't eaten this for ages
I think I'll go outside yesterday and pick one of them
Aztec soup, I'd eat this shit for the rest of my life
>>61300636
We eat that too!
Do you also eat sorrel soups?
>>61302326
looks great. real mexican food is amazing.
>>61303789
is italian wedding soup american or do you guys have it?
>>61304202
They served this all the time in the military, and it's legit the same exact shit they sell premade in stores that have soup you can buy fresh
>>61304202
that dish is Romanian and so is this
I'm in Italy just to see some family
>soup
literally the most boring food to ever exist next to sandwiches
>>61296341
>żurek
>fasolowa
>stew
hahaha, no.
>>61304838
would gulasz be considered a stew?
>>61304910
yup, definitely
it's ot even close to soup with that consistency, plus usually it's served with potatos/other side dish
>>61305048
its delicious. fuck I want some now, barely ate all day.
are there other polish foods similar to that?
>>61305184
not sure, maybe, but I can't recall any names right now
>>61296574
shut your whore mouth
>>61294416
Ameribro, tell her to make you chicken livers in apples and onions.
nobody posted sopa paraguaya
i am disappoint
>>61308071
looks kinds like cornbread
>>61297405
Kakósúpa er vibbi.
I ate it yesterday
>>61308538
because it is lol
here's a real soup from our country. it's got little cornflour balls along other things
>>61303942
Tastes great too, my grandma used to cook it all the time when I was a kid
>>61308895
wont lie that looks really good.
south American food here is basically tex mex. sucks we dont have more authentic cuisine like that.
>>61309000
well, depends where that "here" is
AFAIK southamericans are living along the east coast while mexicans and centralamericans live on the west coast. there's gotta be the odd family that can cook the meal of their people for you
>>61297468
>it almost makes me forget about Katyń and Wołyń
must be pretty fucking good then
>>61300761
>I think I'll go outside yesterday
I like how that sounds.
Tonjiru literally means "soups of pork"
My favourite. Best if you have caught the salmon yourself.
lol posting a stew and there's nothing you can do about it
>>61314041
looks surpisingly good.
btw what is maami? is it chocolate of some kind?
I really like New England Clam Chowder, does it count as a soup ?
>>61314219
Mämmi is, eh, an easter ''delicacy'' made of rye and syrup which is only enjoyed by people over 50 years of age.
>>61314377
Yes it is soup but that looks more soupy than what I'm used too.
Le soupe aux truffes noires.
>>61314377
king of soups desu
This one's also quite delicious, and it's called ''summer soup'', since your only able to make it in the summer time with fresh vegetables such as peas, carrots cauliflowers and potatos.
Greek food is god tier.
I make this all the time. I also make the same soup with meatballs instead of chicken.
>>61314377
it counts as best
>>61315062
what is this
>>61317383
Avgolemono. It's in the filename.
Basically you whip up egg whites and mix with it with some lemon juice and pour it in your soup.
>>61294416
That looks soooo fucking good.
>>61294416
pic related
>>61314671
I got hungry because of your pic.
>>61320224
you guys actually have a soup culture besides miso?
I would love a real jap soup
>>61296063
if you find me a recipe for this then i promise that i'll never use a stupid /int/ meme against an indian flag forevermore
>>61321890
There is no miso in noppe soup of this photo and
It is has fish(bonito), mushroom(dry shiitake) and sometimes konbu (a kind of sea weed) soup, called ”出汁 dashi”, with other contains you can see in that photo.
"Osuimono" shows the meaning of Japanese soup only with"dashi". I love it.
Anyway miso soup is the most common soup in Japan, and it is necessary for me.
