What will be EU new financial capital in your opinion, Paris or Frankfurt?
I vote for Frankfurt.
Sorry France but having been to Paris it dosent give the high tech economic vibe.

Now this will happen naturally with everything moving to Frankfurt.

Facebook, Google, Intel, Cisco, IBM all have their most important R&D centers in Paris, are have opened new new ones recently, like Facebook and Google with theirs European R&D centers on Artifical intelligence in Paris.
Paris has been described as the New sillicon valley, has the most numerous and squccessful start-ups outside California and Cisco's boss as well as Microsoft have increased their investements there, saying that the futur of new techs was in Paris.

La défense is already the biggest and most important buisness district in Europe, and there is a 40 billions renovation polan that wil double it's size.

You don't have much of a choice. Estonia has the most optic fibre per square kilometer out of any other country in the whole world so Tallinn will naturally take London's spot. Couple that with the ability to vote online and every other country in the EU is left far behind Estonia. Big things come in small packages.

We're not in the top 10 biggest financial places, I don't even know if Paris is in the top 20
And la def is such a cool cbd but the only bank here in SocGen the rest in ministries or industrial / non financial services companies

Perhaps German would be a good alternative. A lot of Eastern Europeans speak German. I'm only not sure how the union will end. Germam-French ties are getting stronger I guess, and we will end up with a core Europe.

German because it's almost exclusively spoken in Europe and the most spoken native language of Europe.
Italian is fine for the same reason, plus it's simple, politically neutral and all languages are tied to it.
