Not necesserally, this can be very good for us, they'll keep a softer hand, stop pushing centralization as much and in general do their best not to upset anyone else and force them to leave. They'll also take a sterner stand on immigration (which is a major issue).
The prospect of the EU falling will in fact maintain our sovereignity as they can't afford to blunder while the majority dislike further integration and are in fact in favour of decentralization meaning more soverignity to be returned to member states.
