What, you don't want to learn Klingon?
FOR FREE?!?
I really hate how there is no Latin
>>61191254
Japanese is difficult because muh kanji/hirigana/katakana. Duolingo values ease of user experience over actual rigorous learning.
because dude, isn't it EPIC to learn klingon!
>still no Latin
What the fuck.

Japanese is the hardest language of the 40 most spoken languages in the world for an English speaker to learn.
It'd be very hard to make a proper online learning tool.

Latin's not that hard to find free resources for.
just use bookzz to find textbooks.
the ones I see most recommended are Wheelock's, and Lingua Latin per se Illustrata by hans oerburg (I think that's how it's spelled). I've used both, but I'm not really far enough into my studies to decide which is best.
also find a general grammar of latin for looking up rules and shit later.

duolingo, as far as I know, is for living languages (aside from klingon, no clue why that's being made).
Welcome to bazarlingo. I told the fucks the spanish section needs work.
