Strangely enough, Sioux Falls has this weird 'weather forcefield around it. I can't count the number of times I've watched a storm only to have it stop on the edge of town, sometimes it even parts to move around the town, it's nuts.
I also never thought I'd see a worm express emotion until I saw how pissed off they get when they lay on the pavement and the rain doesn't come.
