Do American families really have set meals for each night of the week, like Meatball Mondays, or Taco Tuesdays?
>>
Yes.
>>
>>61142176
I used to have pizza on saturdays but 12kg overweight stopped that
>>
Yes, but not for every day because Wednesday doesn't really have any good foods to go with so instead on Wednesday we do "whatever Wednesday" where my family and I just make whatever we feel like.
>>
Depends on the family, I guess.
>>
Some families do, when I was a kid Friday was pizza day
>>
I've never heard of anyone doing that in real life, other than some people who always ate pizza on Fridays
>>
>>61142176
Not really. Pizza on Fridays is pretty common though.
>>
>>61142176
Friday fish day.

Religion-related i guess

No, we eat whatever we want whenever we want
>>
does america even have bouchers ?
>>
The only one we do is sunday funday where we all make guac in a real authentic Jeb! guaca bowle.
>>
>>61142176
Only the corniest whitest of the white families do that.
>>
>>61144390
Jeb's a mess.

My friends family growing up (if i can remember) had

Meatloaf mondays
Tunific (tuna) tuesdays
waterfowl wednesday
tortilla bowl thurdsdays
friday pizza day
saturday chicken tendies day
sunday roast

i think its pretty common in meme families - you know the type- the ones who have "family hot tub night" etc.

Of course there's butchers, on in every grocery store and plenty of little shops.
>>
>>61144590

gotta admit at the time i thought it was the corniest thing as hell and made fun of my bro who had to do it. but looking back i wish i did more stuff with my family. even corny shit like that. i feel like i hardly spent time with my family at all during high school because i was always out with friends (these were the pre-chan days when i had a social life)

Every Saturday my dad would cook us Steaks, a big Caesar Salad with his own homemade dressing, and baked potatoes.

When he wasn't working all the time he loved to cook.

Butchers? Yeah there's one that deals with free range/organic meat two blocks from me. I also have a bakery and fish market at the end of my block.

No. We'd eat the same exact meal for dinner seven days in a row, then something else.
>>
>>61145085

I personally never got molested during PID. It was all done very professionally.
>>
Taco friday is a meme here. Its easy to get why.
Its just a sign that meals are poorly planned, and nobody can really cook.
>>
>>61145634
What do people normally eat in Norway? What is the burger/taco/kebab, etc of Norway?
>>
>>61145670
Depends on if you can cook or not, and if you can't, if you can afford to eat premade food or eat at restaurants or take out.
There is a disgusting amount of people that eat some form of potato with something on the side, and they will eat take out whenever they can afford it.

I think everyone that moves out has a phase where they only eat pasta with some form of meat and sauce and Grandiosa, which may last for months or years.
I guess the only special thing about Norway, is Taco on fridays. Its a weird thing, because its exactly as exported, but the fact is that its one of those meals that is easy to make(you only need to be able to chop things, and mix the spice with the cooking minced meat)
>>
>>61142176
No
How is this even a meme

It's a common theme in many American TV shows and movies. Why would they just make that up?

Next you'll be telling me you don't climb up onto the roof of your house to cry when you're feeling a bit down

White teenage American girl have BBC Fridays.

The meme in education is to show good establishment: Family doesn't have set meals per day, but set meal types.
I.E
Soup Monday
Fish Wednesday
High quality food on friday/saturday.

It do sadden me that eating high quality food on Sunday is no longer common, but i guess thats a given once people can eat normal food at every meal.

every time I go to subway I regret it

it's just so fucking shitty
