If you're doing something wrong at your job no one will tell you and offer advice. If you take your take your girlfriend out for dinner she'll tell you she likes that kind of food then force herself to eat it even though she hates it. I know one guy who had a piece of food stuck in his beard after breakfast and not a single Jap mentioned it to him the entire day until I pointed it out to him after work.
