I go to the only barbershop left in my town.
It costs me $15 for a cut, and that includes the barber shaping the back of my neck and sideburns with a straight razor and warm lather.
The alternative to this is to go to a salon, pay twice as much for a woman to cut your hair with less skill and no straight razor.
