What's that supposed to be? It's currently 14°C outside and I'm sitting here with a thick pullover

It's not like you live in a desert for those to be considered a necessity.

Slightly lower temperature + much higher humidity is just as bad.

Barely worthy of turning a fan on

Because I own one of these and a salt water chlorinator.
What kind of a faggot just stays indoors all day in the summer?

They're good for slowly warming a whole room but personally I prefer defrosting my feet by putting them dangerously close to something like pic related

Kek

It's not. That's actually much more preferable than when the sun is present.

Sack up son. Here in SE Texas it is 84f29c at 21:18. Tomorrows high will be 95/35c with 75% humidity. Australia tier weather sans spiders.
>>
>>60762240
you have to keep it on throughout winter because it took lots of time to warm up an entire room with that, and due to its low energy efficiency that stems from primitive electric heating, inferior to heat pumps such as AC, you will probably get an outrageous amount of bill. but, if you don't care about that, its mild heat radiation is very comfortable.

Fuck off Chile, you telling me all of you get through that weather without any AC or even fans? Didn't think so.
>>
>>60762417
These are incredibly energy inefficient, as are storage heaters.
>>
>>60759456
>people unironically arguing against having AC
I literally cannot remember the last time I entered a building with more than one room that didn't have AC. Central heating/AC are ubiquitous here everywhere above lower-middle class. Even poor people usually have a space heater and a window AC unit.
Fuck, I've seen hobos with space heaters running them off car batteries.

You realize you don't need to have them on 24/7, right? There's literally no reason not to have the option available.
>>
>>60762962
Actually electric heaters are always perfectly efficient, being the only appliance which converts 100% of input energy into the desired result.
>>
>>60763068
not really.
