No but I don't like them much either. They're little more than a backwater shithole with a lot of nuclear warheads. It's better we work with them then against them. They certainly aren't the soviet boogeyman many western governments seem to want to portray them as.
Can't say I know enough about them to hate them. Besides, if there is anything to hate, it'd be the politics.
