afaik, red hair is linked with people of celtic descent.
So this would be the areas were Celts settled more or less.

Also red hair gene mutation only happens in white people.
And the difference of it occuring between for example eastern poland would be 1% with 0.5% for the rest, so, in practice there is no difference.

People from Montenegro, quite often have red beards for some reason.
