I'm in this weird place right now where I'm working full time and making good money, and
have access to money on the side that I can make translating, but I'm still living with my parents so I don't feel like I need the extra money.
So I do "pro bono" stuff like this every now and then when I see something here or /english/ on 2ch and feel like doing it, but I don't think I want to commit the time to being someone's go-to translator right now.
If I were to make any commitment, it'd be to checking the paid crowdsourced TL site again.
I mean, I do also J→E translate for this Japanese volunteer web magazine about the city I live in, but they don't ask for translations except once every few months.
