It's not only those two countries, all V4 countries and Baltic states are better. Also those countries are growing economies, with low debt and better infrastructure than SA countries. You are also forgeting that citizens of those countries are also citizens of the EU, which means they are able to get a job easily everywhere in the EU, while you are confined to your shitty favela state.
