1. What cheeses does your country produce /int/?
2. What country makes the best cheese?

1. Finland produces a pretty good blue cheese, that I'm having with fig jam and crackers right now. We also have a funny sort of cheese with a squeeky texture, that is used in salads and as dessert.

2. Probably UK or maybe France.

Jarlsberg, Snǿfrisk and brunost are the most exported ones IIRC.

I wouldn't know, I only eat cheese produced in Norway.
