I would say in a casual talk:

Instead like Yoda:

If there was question asked 'Where did you go ?'

The later would be favorable.

Here, it's quite common to make SOV sentences in the spoken language too, but grammar books never mention it for some reason.

"Ura" is proper Chakavian, as far as I know. We here use "ura" almost exclusively. "Sat" is part of the SC standard so it's a part of our standard. "Čas" is literally never used. What are you on about? I've never even heard of it colloquially, let alone as a standard. Not even among Bosnians. Serbs use it exclusively
