Depends on where you are, and what kind of year we're having. Sweden is especially diverse, in this respect, I think. Can be cold and rainy, or it can be hot and clear. Anything above 25°C is considered a heatwave, literally. Weather services will issue warnings to the public at that point. Probably more likely to be cold and rainy though, in most parts of the country, with a few nice days interspersed. August is an autumn month where I live. We have some nice beaches in the south, and some okay beaches elsewhere. Lots of rocky places though.

Usually there's no need for them cause it never gets hot enough, so there's no reason to fork out money on air con that you won't use most of the year if ever.
Right now it's pretty nice not hot at all it's 11c gone up one degree since midday lel. And all week it'll be like this, It only gets mildly hot in proper summer months June/July.
