I looked up to see if HK apartments were cubicles and it's true. A typical working class hong kong apartment only consist of one room. Cooking, sleeping, and paperwork are all done in the same room. If you need to shower or go to the washroom, you have to do it on the ground floor in a public facility
but the thing is, most workers only spend time in their homes to sleep and cook occasionally unlike ourselves
