im talking about overpopulation in general and its problem, not about the population concentrations in china..
problems about overpopulation depend on the governments policy and management, and city planning. when the government and the social structure cant handle its population, problems happen to it, like starvation, poverty, crime, unregistered citizens and such. and china and the third world countries have/had had it.
japan has the problem of the population concentration as above but the situation is far different from those.
