Not an easy one.
Turks are Turkish speaking muslim Greeks and Armenias, so basically they are Europeans just trying to be Asian. So Turkey is European.
Finland on the other hand is a true East Asian nation. We have the highest IQ in all of Europe just like East Asians have high IQ. We are also mongols, our genes just mutated a little so that most of us have blonde hair and blue eyes. But we still throat sing.
We've somewhat given up the traditional mongol horse riding in Finland because after the last ice age the forests around here grew so thick that it became impossible to ride. But it didn't stop us. Instead we took over the control of Sweden and waged war in Central Europe so that we could practice our horse riding skills. Finnish hakkapeliittas were the true masters of horse warfare back then.

Memes aside we are genetically closest to north Germanic and Baltic peoples. Linguistically we are not related to Turkic languages either. Besides genes and languages rarely go together.

The epicanthic fold that some (maybe like 5% of) Finns have came to us from the Sami people. The Sami like all the ancient arctic tribes and peoples like Eskimos, Inuits and Samoyeds were mongoloid. The Sami people used to live in the area of modern day Finland before Finnic tribes like Tavastians and Karelians drove them off to the north. Some of them race mixed and now those Sami-Karelo-Tavastian rape babies are known as Savonians. Some of them still have the epicanthic fold.
