To be honest, I haven't moved to the Faroes simply because I respect them too much. My parents are both Icelandic expats, so I can (kinda) read Faroese, and I've always wanted to learn to speak it, also everything you said is true and more. They're beautiful islands with an ideal way of life, it's like my lifelong dream to live in a place like that. However, it wouldn't be fair to the people that some annoying American came in to go full weeaboo about their way of life. Maybe in Tórshavn less people would care, but if I did move I would move to Öravík since that's where my grandpa is from.
