I don't think Greece counts, but I think everywhere in the world is worth visiting at least once. Out of the highlated region you posted I do recommend Greece amply, you'll cry and the ruins, you'll eat like a pig on the delicious food, you'll talk in broken English with the locals on the beach. All relatively cheap.

I'd recommend visiting bigger cities for all of these countries cept for Moldova (nothing to see), Montenegro (if you're going to the beach go to Croatia or Greece), Albania (not much to see), Macedonia (maybe if you're interested in relatively new statues of Alexander)

I went there once and it looked shady.
Last summer i have been to Serbia and i can say that Belgrade is a pretty nice country to visit. People are very kind and the streets are way more safe than the ones in Rome. Food also is ok, there is a lot of meat.
Also Serbia is ridicolously cheap for our standards, you can eat a whole meal for 2 people with like 12 euros and pay a double bedroom 15 euros per night in a very nice hotel
