Also most all departments require college hours or millitary service or both and our federal law enforcement like the FBI hostage rescue team are pretty bad ass.

Our military police do hostage situations and such.
Regular police is trained to solve small problems.
Just like riots are covered by a special riot police (which is a part time duty of specially trained police).
Swat teams are separate teams that are always on duty.

It's also separated from each other and done by specialized officers.

>on short stroke rifles tho.
AR15's are direct inpingement, not short stroke gas piston.
>They dont have enough power to cycle the next round.
That's called short stroking, which is probably where your confusion came from. And you can fix that by shortening the gas length (more energy to the action) or putting in a weaker buffer spring (less energy required to overcome the action).

Short barreled rifles can be suppressed and shot with subsonics without an issue if the rifle is tuned for that. And suppressors have other benefits to them, namely reducing recoil somewhat, minimising muzzle flash, and making it harder for the opponent to pinpoint where the shots are coming from even if you're shooting supersonic.

Aside from the muzzle flash, and pinpointing the location of the shooter, Im not sure about the rest.

Muzzle breakers is what you need to reduce recoild. Not sure if the supressor has anything to do with it (aside from the fact that adds a marginal weight on the front that will make the gun shake less when fired).

Anyway, this is what I found about the matter...

>>

The retard probably:
Has too long a gas tube;
Gas block is misaligned with the gas port;
Has too strong a buffer tube;
The O-rings in the bolt are worn/loose;
Or the weapon is just too dirty to function properly.

Diagnose the rifle first, then reduce the length of the gas tube and switch to a weaker buffer spring if you're going to play around with subsonics.

https://www.shootingillustrated.com/articles/2014/9/24/ar-gas-system-lengths-explained/

>Muzzle breakers is what you need to reduce recoild. Not sure if the supressor has anything to do with it (aside from the fact that adds a marginal weight on the front that will make the gun shake less when fired).

Muzzle BRAKES. And yes, they do reduce recoil, but they're really damn loud and don't reduce muzzle flash as well as suppressors and flash hiders.

If you guys use the money from these Charges to give better salaries to the state police, maybe the druglords would have more trouble bribing them.

Ok, so they use expensive cars for non existent caqr chases.

THis only mean two things: first, that a group of corrupt politicians and bussiness men are profiting by buying unecessary shit with taxpayer money and two, that giving better equipament for the police to fight the crime is not important to them.

The city mayor is a delusional idiot, he wants the city to appear pretty, without doing much to fix the root of the problems, its not only the cars, if you roam around the city you will see the uniforms are also quite impressive, but as you said not pumping money into these guys salaries is the problem. The recruitment programs are always on because they fire hundreds of officers for taking micro bribes.
They also have a lot of Renault Kangoos with cameras all around them but i cant find a pic of them

A lot of low mileage Crown Vics are being shipped to Latin American countries where they're refitted and issued to local police. Mexico does this for cheap police cars in rural areas. They were popular there because they were V8 and body on frame, but since Ford doesn't make them any more they have to get them this way. Mexico is mostly moving switching to Nissan, Audi and Dodge now though for non truck vehicles.

Chargers aren't expensive in North America. A Charger can be had for $27,000 and typically fleet purchases knock off another 20% of the cost. Also the engine and about half the parts in the Charger are made in Mexico so the logic is that by buying them they're also supporting Mexican jobs.
