So it seems that Turkey is finally going to enter the EU. How do you feel?
>literally joining the leftist muslim union
i feel bad, but at least we'll dump some k*rts
Wish Turkey joined tomorrow so Brexit had more chance of succeeding.
desu, Turkey has a better economy than everything east of Germany alltogether, if they'd find a way to fix their diaspora I wouldnt really care.
Nothing.
Enjoy your "European" Union guys.

we are not europeans as we are not africans. both europeans and africans (you call them niggers) were our slaves. we are superior to both.
however erdogan wants it to become sultan of europe. i can't blame him for demanding more power.
>>59765054
>we are superior to both.
not happening literally ever
nobody would vote in favor of them besides Germany and Sweden
more countries would probably be open to Russia joining than them

The issue is that neither Führer Erdogan, nor the EU members want it.
The UK doesn't have to stop anything.
Furhermore, it's incorrect that they can't prevent Turkey from joining.
Austria has been blocking us, until we decomissioned an old nuclerareactor, Croatia is currently blocking Serbia, and I'm pretty sure Cyprus would have something to say about Turkish ascension.
The claim in that tweet is false

>Damian Chalmers, professor of EU law at the London School of Economics, said the UK effectively had a "double veto". He told the BBC "we are talking many many years" before Turkey would be let in.
>But Leave campaigners argue the UK has shown itself unwilling to challenge the pace of EU enlargement in the past, such as when 12 new countries joined between 2004 and 2007, and would be unlikely to do so in the future.
This is outrageous. It has been British government's policy to get us into the EU in order to slow down its federalisation. That's also why they've opened up their labour markets to us right from the beginning unlike the most other old EU countries.
Brexiteers have turned it on its head and nobody is calling them out on it
The UK didn't block us because they wanted to get us in

I for one, welcome our Turkish brothers.
