Mine would probably be Pancakes with sauerkraut
(pancakes with meat+vegetables+sauerkraut in them, the pancakes get covered with cheese and are then put into the oven)
It's not that dutch, but it is godly.

Bigos is just lots of sauerkraut with mushrooms, sausage and various meat, stewed together for a couple hours. The meat to cabbage proportions are pretty much reversed compared to your dish.
