How does ROTC works anyway? I'm currently on my 3rd year in college and I still have 2 years left to finish my degree, If ROTC gets implemented does this mean all college students and us 3rd years (though I'm probably 4th/5th year if it gets implemented) will also get drafted or is it only limited to freshies? I've already finished my NSTP course I can't be bothered to "serve" this shithole again.

I got to tour the New Bilibid Prison once. No bars. It's like a really cramped community surrounded by high walls and dissected into four sections. Prisoners' quarters are like really cramped dormitories and very personalized. They have their own economy inside. Prisoners run their own church, wet market, food stalls, etc.
